Things I would like to do at the moment..
May 9, 2007With six projects in the pipeline and deadlines fast approaching, I can't help but wish for certain events to happen. The following are some of them.
Scenario 1: Client calling for the umpteenth time this month following up updates:
Client: "Hello, pwede po kay Sir Virus? (May i talk to sir virus)"
Me: "Ay I'm so sorry, namatay na sya, nung isang linggo pa. Nailibing na nga eh." (I'm so sorry, he has died recently, just last week, in fact he has been buried already)
Scenario 2: Brainstorming session as to drawing up battle plans for the next two weeks. Another client is insisting on customizations be done right away.
Developer: They are insisting on the customizations right away. What shall we do?
Me: Let's do a drive by shooting on them, that would get their mind of the deadline!
Scenario 3: Repeat everything the client will say.
Client: Hi!
Me: Hi!
Client: So how's development?
Me: So how's development?
Client: WTF?
Me: WTF?
Client: You're INSANE!
Me: Why thank you, have a nice day!
Oh well, we all know that's the best way to kill a business. Guys, I need your help. I need programmers! Requirement languages: Should know VB, and Sequel and willing to learn other technologies. Knowledge of Delphi is an advantage.
Should you know anyone, kindly send resumes to ramblingvirus@gmail.com.
I'd appreciate your help.
Thanks.

TK,
Thank you very much. I really need all the help I can get these days.
I don’t mind hiring part timers as well.

hope you find good programmers for your project.
Carey,
